Hollandse Waterlinies UNESCO World Heritage Site
Two important defence lines meet here in Gooi & Vecht: the New Dutch Waterline and the Defence Line of Amsterdam. Awarded UNESCO World Heritage Site Hollandse Waterlinies together since 2021. The route follows the white-and-green junction signs of the cycle route network and can be picked up at any junction. A logical starting location is Fort Maarsseveen, near node 62.
