Experience farm life at BoerBert
In the heart of the Dutch countryside, you'll find BoerBert: an organic farm where sustainability, animal welfare and authentic experiences go hand in hand. Since 2021, Jaco and Liesbeth have been running the family business as the fifth generation of food producers. Together with their team, they lovingly care for around 280 organic dairy cows and 250 free-range chickens. This is where you truly taste farm life!

From fresh milk to farmhouse cheese
BoerBert is more than just a dairy farm. In the BoerBertShop, you'll find delicious products straight from the farm: raw milk from the milk tap, fresh polder eggs, and handmade organic farmhouse cheese. The shop also offers local products from nearby family-run businesses. Everything is organic, fresh and made with care.

A farm with a mission
BoerBert works closely with nature. Grass is mown later in the season to protect meadow birds, ditches are cleaned in a natural way, and biodiversity is encouraged. The rooftops are covered with 3,100 solar panels that generate enough power for the farm and about 300 households. Even the heat from the milk is used to warm the buildings!

A place for everyone
BoerBert is a place where both people and animals feel at home. The farm offers space for elderly care, youth day programs, a preschool and even boarding ponies. It’s a true community farm where everyone can join in and enjoy the experience.
