De Wagenwerkplaats houses two theaters, a traffic park, an indoor climbing center, event venues and many creative enterprises. It hosts regular performances (from Holland Opera, for example), markets and other events. The traffic park is freely accessible twice a week, and there is lunch café Het Centraal Ketelhuis.
