Our restaurant in Nieuwegense Vreeswijk specialises in a wide range of pancakes but also offers options for high tea, receptions and children's parties.
Our flour for the batter for the pancakes comes from IJsselstein, where flour mill "de Windotter" is located and is one of the largest in the Netherlands. Here, flour is still obtained in a truly traditional way). This is one of the reasons why we are very proud of our end product.
Of course, we also serve gluten-free and lactose-free pancakes.
