Jazz on the Sofa Festival – 10th anniversary

Jazz and heritage stories come together in the historic heart of Zeist

The Jazz on the Sofa Festival is celebrating its tenth anniversary with a festive edition in and around Zeist Castle. This year, the familiar living rooms are making way for the historic buildings of the Evangelical Brethren Church. Visitors can enjoy intimate concerts featuring the cream of Dutch and European jazz at six unique venues. Especially for this anniversary edition, local guides will link the concerts with stories about the rich history of the buildings. The first edition of the Zeister Vocal Award will also take place – a singing competition for amateur singers from Zeist and the surrounding area. The festival will conclude with a festive after-party featuring a jam session.
