At our B&B, you stay in the bargee's house, can relax for a while and experience what it is like to live on the water. When the wind is strong, you gently sway on the waves, hear the rippling water, the ducks quack and see the boats go by. As our guest, you have the entire bargee's house at your disposal. This gives you all the space you need with a living room (decorated in 60s style), two bedrooms, modern bathroom, wheelhouse and plenty of outdoor seating areas. We have room for up to 4 guests, just don't expect king-size beds but do guarantee a unique experience, because staying on a houseboat is special!
Houseboat Robbedoes is situated in a unique, quiet and beautiful spot on the river Eem on the outskirts of Amersfoort. At the same time, the beautiful historic city centre of bustling Amersfoort is nearby (2 km) and definitely worth a visit. As hostess, I like to let our guests enjoy the wonderful life on the water!
