The Historic Herb Garden is a gem in the historic city centre, located in the Vestingsplantsoen. This garden is inspired by historical monastery gardens, with garden sections according to the wind directions North-East-South-West. There are many herbs that were already found in such gardens in the Middle Ages. The garden can be reached via the Vestingsplantsoen or via the stairs at Walkade 8.
