B&B de Dijklodges

Only 800 metres from the historic and bustling centre of Wijk bij Duurstede, on the beautiful Rijndijk, lies our beautiful Bed & Breakfast "De Dijklodges".

The five Dijklodges are in the roof of a former fruit box shed, on the ground floor is the cosy and spacious breakfast/reception room, with French doors to the terrace overlooking the meadow and orchard. Here you can enjoy a delicious, Western-style breakfast in the morning. But back to the first floor, where the Dijklodges are located. On the spacious gallery, in the old roof of the barn, there are the Dijklodges, separate from each other, between the old rafters. In all the lodges, the beautiful skyline of the centuries-old town of Wijk bij Duurstede immediately catches the eye. From left to right you see: the Rijn en Lek windmill, Duurstede Castle, the Roman Catholic Church and the Dutch Reformed Church with that funny half-tower.
