Restaurant DeZusters

You can dine divinely at DeZusters, in the former convent at Buitenplaats Doornburgh on the Vecht. The main house at the country estate has existed since the 17th century. The special, modern convent building (in Bossche School style) was added in the 1960s. Doornburgh is a creative country house for art and science, and a visit to the restaurant can regularly be combined with the activities taking place at Doornburgh.

Five-course table d'hôtes
The food at DeZusters is inspired by nature at Doornburgh and life in a convent. A fixed, extensive five-course dinner with local products is used, experimenting with the possibilities of this place. For example, the courtyard garden, the heart of the priory, is full of edible flowers, herbs and plants. Dinner is a relaxed, culinary evening with high-quality products. For a fixed price, you can enjoy a sumptuous dinner, with accompanying drinks package for an additional price.

Also nice
The covered terrace on Doornburgh's inner garden is a lovely place for a coffee or lunch. Even on chilly days you can sit here comfortably thanks to the heaters and blankets. Or reserve a picnic basket and find your own spot in Doornburgh's park.
