Organic vegetable gardens
Our menu is therefore compiled from this sustainable perspective. Our products come from the region as much as possible, are mainly organic and we ensure fair trade.
Many of our products come from our own organic nursery on our estate.
We also have a partnership with the organic kitchen garden of the historic Zuylestein estate in Leersum. This cooperation ensures that our kitchen staff always have access to locally grown fresh organic fruit and vegetables. Often also original varieties, just a tad different...

Food and drink
Our meat is always from the region, organic and therefore tastier.
We do not serve fish that is overfished or whose farming and/or catching methods are too harmful to the ecosystem.
On our wine list, you will find only organic wines. A very conscious choice.
We proudly present to you, proportionally, a multitude of vegetarian and vegan dishes. This is the most effective way to combat environmental pollution!
