Broeks' Bed & Brood is located at the edge of the village of Meerkerk, on Broekseweg. 'Broek' is a beautiful winding country road on which many old farmhouses can still be found. A road, between Meerkerk and Ameide, in the polders on the border of Alblasserwaard and Vijfherenlanden. An area with wide rivers and little beaches, mills and fruit orchards and the Zouweboezem. The latter is a unique nature area with lots of reeds and water features and many special birds, including the bittern and purple heron.
