Camping on a fort island
Fancy spending the night on a historic fort island? At Fort WKU, you’ll sleep amidst lush greenery, surrounded by nature and the fort’s history. From the campsite, you can walk straight onto the grounds. Visit the terrace, explore the vegetable garden or head out onto the water in a canoe or on a SUP. Special activities are also organised regularly at the fort. A green and surprising place to camp, explore and simply be out in the open air.
