We, Michelle and Renée, are the proud owners of IJssalon de Spatel. We believe every visit to our ice cream parlour should be a special moment and we make sure it is.
It is a place where you can relax with an ice cream, enjoy a cup of coffee, or catch up with a friend over a milkshake.
Every day, we prepare the most delicious ice cream in our own ice cream kitchen using the best Italian ingredients. So we have a large range with plenty of choice for young and old.
The absolute favourites are MonChou, Spakenburgse Jan-Hagel and Yoghurt, and for the kids the flavours Smurf and Unicorn are indispensable.
In addition, we always have at least five kinds of sorbet ice cream in the high season, so you can enjoy our delicious ice cream even with a cow's milk allergy or lactose intolerance.
