The Fish Auction
Location
A truly unique spot at the end of the Havendijk, near the museum harbour. For more than 100 years!
From the old wooden benches, the auctioneer takes you back in time. Back when there was plenty of fishing and he still lived around the corner from the auction. Keep your finger on the button, bid as the big auction clock turns and - if you win - take home a delicious fish.
Opening hours
The turn-off is open every Wednesday afternoon in summer to come and have a look. During major events, the exit is also open to the public.
If you want to come with a group (12 people or more), book the exit via info@spakenburg.nl.
It is also a wonderful place to have your wedding. You can contact the Tourist Information Point for this too - info@spakenburg.nl
