Landgoed Zonheuvel offers 30 meeting rooms spread over four unique buildings: the modern Pavilion, the classic Coach House, the monumental Maarten Maartens House and the nature-rich Lodges. Each building has rooms with its own style and views. It is even possible to meet outside in the special Open Air Theatre, which can accommodate 200 people.

Landgoed Zonheuvel's restaurant is located in the Pavilion building. There is room for a cosy breakfast, lunch, dinner for two up to a reception for five hundred guests. Incidentally, it is also possible for groups of up to 60 people to dine exclusively in the period rooms of the Maarten Maartenshuis.
Sustainability
At Landgoed Zonheuvel, they are consciously thinking and acting sustainably on a daily basis. For instance, the products they serve come from the region as much as possible and are mainly organic. Many of the products come from the estate's own organic vegetable garden (worth a visit) or from the organic vegetable garden of the historic Zuylestein Estate in Leersum. There is also a climate control system in place and they work with a grey water system for the toilets.
Due to the variety of sustainable activities, the Zonheuvel estate received a Green Key Gold Certificate. This is the international hallmark for sustainable companies in the leisure and business market. In addition, Landgoed Zonheuvel is an SDG House and is committed to achieving the seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to make the world a better place by 2030.
