Corn mill Maallust in Amerongen The history of Maallust, the only belt corn mill in the province of Utrecht, dates back to 1830. In that year, the existing corn mill was replaced by the current mill. In 2007, the mill hull was moved a bit and in 2008-2010, the mill was extensively restored and reconstructed. The relocation makes the mill stand out better in the village scene. The mill is open on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. This also applies to the mill shop.
