Happen with Jokes

Food and laughter, that always fits. Happen met Grappen in Fort Maarsseveen's theatre hall is an intimate open mic comedy night. This means that six to eight comedians present themselves per evening. Both novice and experienced comedians are ready for an unforgettable show. In which the only thing you can get during the show is a stomach ache from laughing.

Laugh at shit
Sandra Ammerlaan from Maarssen is the initiator of the concept. "I stepped out of my comfort zone about two years ago. Overcame fears. Thought I might be able to inspire others and make them laugh. The shit from my past could be the manure for my and perhaps others' future. Since then, I have been busy with coaching and putting together a stand-up comedian act, among other things. And that's exactly where the magic happens. I have since performed on small and bigger stages at home and abroad. I look forward to bites with jokes!"

The evening starts at 6pm with a warm welcome and a delicious dinner, (including vegetarian option). At 8pm, the comedy night starts.
