Linschotenloop - running event in Linschoten

On Saturday 19 December, Linschoten will once again be buzzing with excitement for the annual Linschotenloop. This sporting event has now grown into a national attraction, drawing more than 4,500 participants and thousands of spectators. A day full of energy, fun and a sense of community, just before Christmas.

The Linschotenloop is for everyone: whether you’re an experienced marathon runner looking to set a personal best, or simply fancy a bit of exercise with friends or family. As well as running distances, there are also various walking routes available, so that everyone can take part in their own way and enjoy the beautiful Green Heart.

Especially for companies, there is the company run, an ideal opportunity for team building and visibility. Participating together not only provides a sporting challenge, but also a connection within the team.

The event is supported entirely by more than 200 volunteers from Linschoten and the surrounding area. Thanks to their efforts and the support of regional sponsors, the Linschotenloop is a great success every year. The objectives of the foundation are clear: to encourage sports, support local associations and organise an event the entire village is proud of.
