Puzzle tour Conquer Woerden like a Roman

Get ready for an adventure and "Conquer Woerden like a Roman". You will start the puzzle tour at Papa's pancakes. There you will receive a map with all kinds of clues and assignments. During the puzzle tour, you will walk through the inner city of Woerden, discovering the Limes and collecting fun and tasty treats from the windmills, shops and restaurants of Woerden like a Roman. You will unravel the boat mystery, discover the hidden border and learn all kinds of fun facts about the Romans in Woerden. The puzzle tour ends at the Stadsmuseum Woerden where you can take a look at the various exhibitions. The puzzle tour is easy to walk with short distances so take your time!

This is the way to experience the Netherlands' largest archaeological monument, which lies one and a half metres underground, together with your child.
The Limes was awarded UNESCO World Heritage status in 2021, making it part of the list of the Pyramids of Giza, the Great Wall of China and the Taj Mahal. A children's ticket includes one apple juice, a snack, one packet of pancake flour from the mill, one board game and entrance to the City Museum. Adults get one drink of their choice and admission to the City Museum.
