Stadsjochies

In the 'closet restaurant', Stadsjochies serves dishes made from the freshest produce from their greenhouses, full ground, vertical garden, herb garden and tea garden. They work with nature, using produce from their own greenhouse wherever possible. In the 'greenhouse restaurant' you can enjoy a surprise lunch or dinner based on several courses. The greenhouse offers different products every moment of the year, which is why Stadsjochies does not have a fixed menu.

In the evening, you can enjoy a fully catered evening 'Bij ons in de kas'. That evening, let us take you to the beating heart of Stadsjochies and show you around the greenhouses and gardens. To then welcome you 'At our greenhouse' with a surprise dinner. In the afternoon, you decide how many courses you want to be surprised by.

Stadsjochies is affiliated with Dutch Cuisine's Biodiversity on your Plate programme. Dutch Cuisine supports farmers who are committed to preserving and restoring biodiversity. Catering establishments that participate in the programme as Ambassadors must ensure that at least 50% of the dishes on their menu are 'biodiversity-friendly' according to ground rules set by various civil society organisations and experts.
