The Koeiemart is a centuries-old tradition in Woerden, which has been in the city center of Woerden for more than 600 years. This day is a big party with all kind of fun activities.
The Koeiemart provides an authentic feeling in the center of Woerden.
Of course, a traditional cow show is part of this day. In addition, there is plenty to experience, such as a fun fair, a local market, a petting zoo and an agricultural machinery show. There is definitley much to do for young and old.
The Koeiemart has been on the Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Netherlands since 2017.
