"Be amazed by the kingdom of trees..."

The National Tree Museum Gimborn in Doorn is the largest tree garden in the Netherlands. With winding paths, meandering water features, a large heather garden, unusual vistas and a huge tree house. On 29 hectares, a world-renowned collection of 3,000 species of trees and shrubs has been gathered from all parts of the world. Max von Gimborn, the founder, started this collection back in 1925. Now it is a unique place where young and old can marvel at the tree kingdom and realise that trees are our oxygen factories. The engines of everything that lives. Throughout the year, the Tree Museum organises all kinds of events, concerts, art exhibitions and children's activities.
